Dad had an ulcer in his lower GI and nearly bled to death. It took four units of whole blood and a bunch of plasma, but he’s OK now.
He almost seemed like an afterthought in the ICU, with all the equipment around him.
Wish him well and strength for his recovery. Good luck on you too, Maggie.

Dad is home now and doing much better.
